So tomorrow I have a "first date" for the first time in roughly a decade. It's not that I haven't been getting mine. Just I've been a serial friend dater. This is the first time in forever that I haven't been out with some one i've known for years. Figure pick her up, some live but still talkable music, good eats and some nice pub drinks down by NYU. Any tips?

Every pretty female friend I have is either married or I've dated her. It makes sense. I've already gotten to know them and enjoy their company so eventually it just happens.

This new chick, I met her last week when I was visiting my sister. Among other things, I think I was attracted to the fact we didn't rush into things. Since my last serious break-up, had a string of one nighters for the first time. Can honestly say that overall, I don't like 'em.

Anyway, my body didn't realize it was saturday. Going back to sleep.

Had a first date over the weekend, well, technically second because we hung out for a bit thursday but saturday was a planned thing so it counts as the first.

Went a little something like this;
She came over, we walked to the park, walked through the muddy trails to the train bridge, a little drinkin', a little highin', swam, jumped of off a tree, came home, went to a friend's house, grilled, played guitar, slept on my floor and fu..well, I'd better keep it classy.
