I think the government should assemble an expert panel to seriously look into the feasibilty of such a plan. I would suggest it include the poet, the physician, the farmer, the scientist, the magician and the other so-called Gods of our legends.

i dont see why it would be so unfeasable. the build tunnels and shit. im sure they could figure out relatively easily how to do it. it would prob be expensive as shit but they could do it.

I understand the goal of their project probably requires the use of "green" power applications, but it seems kinda retarded not to just adapt nuclear sub technology.

I bet the view from your window would be pretty amazing in one of those. All kinds of creatures swimming by.

I think you'd probably be disappointed with the amount of visibility you'd have once you started descending. Unless you're rich enough for the surface-level suites, you're probably fucked. Plus, there's just not very much out there to see in the open ocean.

I guess they could build an artificial reef and keep it well-lit for observation purposes.

I think James Cameron should be put in charge. He'll get it done.

How about we get people to live in north dakota before we focus on space and the sea.

Screw that. I wanna live in a Seascraper. There's a greater chance of being attacked by a megashark and/or a megaoctopus.

And the first time you're in rough seas your entertainment center falls over and crushes your shitzu.
