What is your Favorite and/or Worst Movie Series?

Today Ron & Fez and Chris and East Side Dave were discussing movie series. How some series can sustain and some fall apart. How some movies series might only need the original movie.

Star Wars, Saw, Indiana Jones, The Matrix, Spider-man, Batman, Superman, Back to the Future, Terminator, Lord of the Rings, Friday the 13th, TMNT, X-Men, etc.

Have to say lord of the rings. Individually they are not my favorite, but they were all solid, unlike the series which all have at least one crappy film. Matrix is one of my favorite movies, but 2 and 3 got worse and worse.

My buddy and I walked out of the theater after the first SAW laughing over how bad it was. Little did we know it would such a big series.
