Just like clockwork, 10:50 and XMRO goes shit house. I wrote an email to complain about it the other day and got the response "Sorry, we cant locate your account."

Filled out the online survey last week, wrote a whole long thing about the platform and website, then it wouldnt let me submit my survey.
