i did it by going to weight watchers, excerise, and meditation. i'm going to start yoga soon hopefully.

i need to lose more weight b/c i'm seriosly over weight. i am almost 5'5" and i weigh 240.

Yoga is such a great stress reliever. Your body relaxes and becomes very flexible. It's really good because you practice good relaxation techniques while losing weight! Good luck!
