Friday night starts off NHL All Star weekend...no one is dragging me away from my TV
Wow PI, you've impressed me! You have a new fan as I love the puck. Hell, I play Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sunday mornings. I even flew out to Colorado to see game seven of the cup last year and paid a pretty penny I did! How many times(was a chance then) will I get to see my favorite team lift the cup on home ice and the farewell of ledgend Ray Bourque. Oh yah, I also got tear gassed in the riots after heading to Lodos in the city. Hockey is Life and a real man's sport....and woman's. Granato's sister is simply awesome and hell they at least won a few game at the Olympics and didn't trash their rooms. Gold Baby, Gold! Go Avs! Back at the top, it was just a matter of time!

Nice spoon!! I wish I could have gone to that game!! It was so awesome to see Bourque hold the Cup up for the first time in his career. And how awesome was it to see Sakic step aside to let him get it first? I hadn't cried that hard since I attended Mario Lemieux's last game before the last time he retired in Boston. Bourque cried, Lemeiux cried, we all cried...then he came back and it all meant nothing :p lol

Missy, your fear is just that, irrational. I'm going to be there around 8pm by myself. Because I live in Jersey, I'll have to hang around here for a few hours before I head over there.

There's nothing wrong with hitting a bar by yourself every once in a while. You just walk up to the bartender, order a drink or two, check out the action, and head back out. It's perfectly normal, and lots of people do it all the time.
