Another Replay Screw Up

So I'm just making my way through last weeks shows, which I record from the 1:00 AM replay, and after finishing Tuesday's episode I start Wednesday's and notice that it sounds very familiar.

The replay they played on Thursday @ 1 AM was the same replay from Wednesday @ 1 AM which was Tuesday's show.

I still don't know how they screw up something like that.

I was always under the impression it was some non-show related Sirius/XM flunky.

I'll not harp on it too much but I do hate when I miss a show.

Somebody sent me a link to get a torrent so if I really need that episode I can go there I guess.

Are you sure about this? I usually listen to the 1am replays and I don't remember that happening.

It's amazing torrentors do a more consistant job than sirius or audible.

I think it might have been Wednesday's replay where I had to give up listening to one break because it was playing twos shows at the same time. As much as I like listening to Ron, I can't listen to him talking over himself.

I had the same problem with the replay. It was only one segment in the middle. I skipped it and got the Peter Wolf interview segment okay.

It jumped right out at me because it was the show where Ron opened up, pretending to talk to somebody about Dave, saying, " Yeah the funny thing is they think he's gone and he's really just on vacation. "

Plus it was the interview w/ Bill Walton.

Is it possible it got corrected later on ?

I stoped listening once I figured it was a complete repeat.

I just got to this show now. It was the replay from Friday 6/11.

After either the 1st or 2nd break they came back and there was some kinda double playback happening.

It was right before they brought on the lady that wrote the book about the media and Christianity.

I have no idea how a radio station works but in my head I imagine them putting in a cd of some sort and hitting play.

How would 2 shows/segments get played at the same time ?
