I've only known a few christians who weren't hypocrits (and I'm thankful for the few I've found).
Is it really that hard to follow the simple words of Jesus?

Thank you sir, but of course we know I need men of good faith of every denomination to prop me up. I just wish I had more to help a sinner like me.

It's pretty simple really.
Blessed are the poor in spirit,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are they who mourn,
for they shall be comforted.
Blessed are the meek,
for they shall inherit the earth.
Blessed are they who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
for they shall be satisfied.
Blessed are the merciful,
for they shall obtain mercy.
Blessed are the pure of heart,
for they shall see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they shall be called children of God.
Blessed are they who are persecuted for the sake of righteousness,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

I especially like this
Matthew 7
Judging Others
1"Do not judge, or you too will be judged. 2For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
3"Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? 4How can you say to your brother, 'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? 5You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye.
6"Do not give dogs what is sacred; do not throw your pearls to pigs. If you do, they may trample them under their feet, and then turn and tear you to pieces.

I'll point out these parts in particular:
But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.
and
And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.
You know what you have to do, paulo. You have to cut your adulterous dick off and cast it from thee.

Then you're the perfect christian.
By the way, there is nothing written down, that some guy who might have been named jesus, that might have been actually said. Even the most expert biblical scholar will tell you that.
So how about depending on yourself and loved ones, instead of a myth for a change? You might find REAL life manageable.

You can always be depended on to present the athiest view. I am well aware of the endless well of confusion that is religion. I have reconciled far flung schools of thought and am very secure in having faith in God in my own personal way. I realize the athiest point of view is that this is a waste of time and stupid. I respectfully feel the same way about athiesism.

So your frustrated for being judgmental? Assessing anothers character in order to decide if you desire to incorporate any part of their character ?
Or...
Does your judgment frustrate you because you've made a determination that they need to change to suit you, but they wont(control issue)

The Christian belief in a perfect god has been given much thought by theologians you should look it up.
Another point when you go out on your own and make up your own bunch of beliefs thats not being Christian as defined by Christians, you are committing blasphemy and idolatry
I'm always shocked at the lack of understanding religious people have about their own so-called beliefs
