A moon roof usually is a piece of tinted glass and it only pops up it doesn't slide back into the roof.

A sunroof usually is made out of the same material as the roof and it has a choice of pop up and it slides fully back into the roof giving you a full opening in the roof.
Sunroofs more good.

Sunroofs are clearly cooler than Moonroofs!

However Sunroofs are cooler cause they open and close.

SHEEPLOVR - No pun intended, but moonroofs open just a crack! (2-3 inches max.) You'd need to have an awfully small tushy to moon anyone through them.

Plus anatomically, one would have to be very very limber ;)
