Strangely a tornado watch has broken out for NYC and surrounding areas (NJ, CT, Rockland, Westchester, etc.). I hope none of you live in trailer parks...

Not to defend Milwaukee at all but.
Bklyn stinks of East NY, & Flatbush
They couldn't keep a baseball team from moving 3000 Miles away. They couldnt get Lebron James

Concerning the topic on the air now, just want to mention that this Thursday at 9pm, CMT will be airing a benefit to help out the tornado and flood victims of this past month.
Thursday, May 12th 9pm: CMT and its pro-social initiative CMT One Country will air a live, 90-minute concert special featuring Hank Williams Jr., Alabama, Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum, Ronnie Dunn, Sara Evans, Tim McGraw and many others to raise awareness and funds for those affected by the recent devastating storms, floods and tornadoes. All money raised will benefit the American Red Cross disaster relief efforts.
Watch and donate.
Check your local listings.

That's pretty cool. Killing Bin Laden and the floods kinda moved the tornado damage and related deaths out of the headlines. These people still need a lot of help. Tuscaloosa may never be the same.
Lady Antebellum, Ronnie Dunn, Sara Evans
Of these, I've only heard OF Sara Evans, and only because she's married to a former bama QB / radio host, and supposedly screwed her tennis instructor. Never actually hear her sing.
I honestly didn't realize Alabama was still performing.
I'll donate again... but I don't think I'll be watching.

The last tornado to hit CT was in 1989. It just missed my then-chick's father's business in the industrial park.
I remember the one that hit in Windsor Locks in 1979. It trashed up the airplane museum near Bradley Airport.

How about a SOLAR TORNADO!
http://users.aber.ac.uk/xxl/tornado_files/image016.gif
The Solar Dynamics Observatory captured a spectacular rotation of material in a solar prominence, which created a massive tornado-like feature on the Sun, five times bigger than the Earth. "This is perhaps the first time that such a huge solar tornado is filmed by an imager," said Dr. Xing Li of Aberystwyth University, presenting his team's work at the National Astronomy Meeting this week in the UK. "The superb spatial and temporal resolution of SDO allows us to observe the solar atmosphere in great detail."
The solar tornado was discovered using the Atmospheric Imaging Assembly (AIA) telescope on board SDO. On September 25, 2011, the AIA saw superheated gases as hot as 50,000 – 2,000,000 Kelvin sucked from the origin of a solar prominence, and spiral up into the high atmosphere. It traveled about 200,000 kilometers along the Sun for a period of at least three hours.
