So, here's the story. I looked into this a little further and the little boy, Sam, has a rare kidney disorder and is taking steroids to remain alive. He of course was lip syncing the song and the video below is from when Sam and the original singer (back when she was a lil one herself) got together to film a new version. Kid is hilarious with the facial expressions again here too.
