Steve Martin Is a Given. No one will ever top him in this regard. But I think a good runner up is Alec Baldwin. He's hosted like 9 times and he's had some funny skits. Which is odd because I don't like him as an actor.

The only good parts are when he was talking to Tracy Morgan and Tracy was saying Chris Gains was gay. The other good skit was the one with Jimmy Fallon as a dude from Boston.
