Heading down to Key West for a few days. Anyone know of some good places to check out down there?

Anywhere on Duval Street is cool, just walk the street and you'll find a bar you'll like. Just make sure to go to the Blue Heaven the following morning for the best breakfast in the keys.

Be sure to see John Solinski play at Irish Kevins.

Docloren is right. Just walk around Duval and you'll find some places that work for you. There are a bunch of kiosk type huts with brochures of all the attractions and snorkling vendor, etc. . . .

Mallory Square around sunset can be entertaining. If you're with a date / significant other, you can take a sunset cruise on a catamaran. You can also rent jet skis at the docks. Both are fun. If you rent jet skis, wear a t-shirt under the vest and put on a bunch of sunscreen. I'm a Fla. native, and I still got a horrible sunburn while jet skiing for an hour and a half. Even if it's cloudy, wear the sunscreen since you can still get burned through the clouds. By the time you notice your skin getting red, its too late.

There's also a tour that goes around Key West on a tram. Very touristy, but there were some interesting parts.

I think the Hemingway House is open for visitors. Never been there, but went past it on the tour. Looked kind of interesting.

Have fun!

There's also the Truman house and the southern most spot and also the place where I swam to Cuba
