Erykah Badu will escape with a fine. The singer received a $500 fine and six months probation for tactics earlier this year while filming her video “Window Seat”. The r&b singer who stripped down for the guerilla style video shot in Dallas received a citation after an onlooker complained about the singer’s nudity for the controversial video.
