I never want to hear of or wish jail for anyone but this story has put a smile on my face. This cocksucker stands on his soap box day after day on Around the horn and with venom talks hate about every athlete he could. He never seems understanding and points the finger daily. I have hated him for years. He is right in some situations but for the most part he is always looking down on athletes and loves when they get in trouble. He also never has any understanding of them and never gives anyone their due process. Fuck him!

Steve Phillips, although a slimeball, lost his gig for sleeping around - don't forget it was the PA who flipped out, not Steve.

ESPN also sued the asshole who stalked Erin Andrews for 500K because of lost money and wages relating to what happened. And BTW, the guy's dumbest move was NOT selling any of the tapes he made, he just put them up on dailymotion.

I think inconsistent is the best word to use to describe ESPN, but I think it's also a matter of how it's reported to the powers that be.

From what I understand, Sean showed off the cellphone pics a LOT, but people just laughed them off or were like "whatever".

The Phillips deal, their hand was forced because of the situation, but considering the Phillips thing was right as the baseball season was ending, they could have suspended him for the entire winter and brought him back.

I think suing the Andrews stalker was a tad much. Yeah, the guy was a creep, but you're a MULTI BILLION dollar conglomerate, and the amount of positive press you got for Erin outweighs being a dick about suing the guy into financial oblivion.
