I know you love your dogs and I'm pretty sure if she did this to your two pups you would choose all-of-the-above too. It just sickened me to no end to see it happening. I was wondering the same thing.

In fact, most vets will do it for free. I saw a few the last time I was in PA helping out with my sister's dog. I asked the vet and he said they'll do that for people without the means, but otherwise it's only a few bucks bc the procedure is quick and the meds are all generic used including anesthesia if needed.
