Unpaid kids while the old guys make lots of cash. True in college football. the players are the workhorses and in radio they're more like the team managers, so the analogy isn't perfect. Still to decry football for unpaid players when you have unpaid interns isn't consistent.

Wow you totally miss the point. Unpaid interns are learning skills to use forever. Things such as getting coffee, the correct way to order a sandwich, who likes poppy, who likes plain and let's not forget the all important bringing the host water. Oh and I almost forgot how to hold open and then close a door.
