You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

How was this crazy bastard able to get top secret clearance in the first place?

And shouldn't these sorts of secrets be available on the internet at this point?

I couldn't ascertain from the article if it was actually Venezuela that he was in contact with or just an FBI agent posing as a Venezuelan.
