I know. I'm sure she can only get part time because they have a huge staff at that store, they probably stay overstaffed because of their rush hour/holiday rushes, but to get everyone enough hours to qualify for benefits noone gets to work full time. If she worked closer to her house she'd save money on commuting and would probably get more hours. I know she's said shes not interested, but in a slower store she'd have a much better chance of bumping up to a higher job level too.
