I've decided to be a bit more serious with my writing. I got the newest edition of Writer's Market and have been seeing what fits my writing or what I can offer.
I'm going to take a writing class or two in New York City with Gotham Writers Workshop because I don't have an English degree or anything like that.
Anyone here a free lance writer?

I write everyday.
It's called the Listening Thread.
It's generally not well received.

From an old thread:
I wrote a play that is getting put on. It all happened by chance. I still need to get the copyright stuff figured out though.
Anything?

Fell through. I had two people who were interested and the one completely dropped out of the picture. The other is still an option, but I doubt it will be anytime soon. The one I had pretty much complete needed a lot of set changes and the theater company who was interested in me writing something really only works with the least amount of sets/props.
So I had to go back and rework things, and for that particular play it didn't work.
I have another one that is just straight dialogue that I have been tinkering with that could potentialy be used by that particular company, but that would be at a much later date.
