He's right, but I think he should go even further. I don't understand people having to bust their ass 7days a week, for their entire life and then ending up with nothing. Lack of ownership is a problem in every city in America. You know that shitty area in every city? Tenements, rentals, flop house hotels, trailer parks, the folks who live there have no vested interest so, it becomes the ghetto. If this guy addressed lack of ownership and turning areas dominated by rental properties around he could get a lot of votes.
