You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

I commented on it in the commercials you hate thread. The TV stations that air them run a warning first, saying they are required by law to show them. She wants to take Eleanor Holmes Norton's at large seat in Congress. Fat chance.
