well, if you're worried about her knowing if you were just using her computer in general, there are other ways she'd be able to tell regardless of what you do on the internet. I'd say if she's going to go digging to see if you were using the computer, she'll find out one way or the other. But, if your only concern is not letting her know what websites you visited, deleting history will be fine.

If she relied on her history to go to her favorite websites (rather than using bookmarks or manually typing the URL in) she'll wonder why her list of sites isn't coming up, but in that case she's probably not computer-savvy enough to know why it happened.

so about 10 mins ago, im at the copy machine getting my print out. the director is there and yells at me asking what im i doing here. i tell him "im getting my copies". he says "NO! youre supposed to be at the training! youre out of compliance! im gonna have to report this to HR!" i told him that i was going to tomorrow's training and that he comfirmed my email stating this. he didnt believe me. so i printed the out the email he sent me saying it was tomorrow along with my reply. that shut him the fuck up REAL quick. me murmured, "oh. my mistake. we'll find a way to fix this." and slithered away.
