Today was one of the best shows of the year and in his sick state, gravely voice Ronnie B like any great pitcher, quarterback, performs at his best when the chips are down. Today Ronnie finally hit the wall.you could hear it in his voice, and his insistence this was NOT an "advice" show.
Ron wants Fez back, and this is the only way this can happen ;

1. STOP WITH THE SECRET BULLSHIT!!! Fez is gay.he should go home this Xmas and admit it to his family ( and find out they've known for years) .NOBODY should EVER refer to the "secret" again.

2.FEZ NEEDS TO GET HELP- He has to realize that his Mom always was a cunt ( Yes, cunt.A bitch doesnt beat her kids) who instilled in his psyche such a hard Lutheran creed from the crib thats he's been a guilty mess ever since he realized he was gay ( which was probably around 10 yrs old) . He needs to check in someplace for about 2 months and NOT COME OUT until then. Her doesn't need to TELL her she's a cunt, just that thats where his problems started, and still reside .

3.IF HELP DOESNT WORK, BYE BYE RON & FEZ- If Fez is the same AFTER help , Ron has got to dump him (and NO, I am not one of those "Bring back DAVE" assholes) . Just the Ron show, or the Ron & Pepper Show. I think that if Fez thought he could NOT do the show and still get checks , he's never leave that apartment again .He's doing the next best thing to that right now. Threaten him with NO JOB and it might make him want to change.I know these "advice shows " somehow make him more determined NOT to change . So, March -April, either Fez is back, or he's gone.

Because it is no secret that Dave WANTS that job , and he'd shove Fez out a window to get it. Just because he filled the void when Fez went bye bye doesn't make him the next co-host. And the people who call and TRY to drive Fez (more) nuts , then add, " Fire Fez & Bring back Dave" are making matters worse. Dave was and is , just a little better than the show geek. Not that he didn't contribute quite often( especially on sports) , but take away screaming, drinking, highing , and doing things typical show geeks wound do , & you're left with , well, weak sauce. The Saturday Sam and Dave Wrestling/ Billy Mitchell Show is your prime example.

Dave can be a lot of fun in limited doses but he's demonstrated a limited palette overall. If Ron decides to go in the direction of another partner, you'd have to think it is going to be someone with both proven comedic chops and some intellectual heft - a real partner. If he decides to be be the center of the solar system in a new set-up then Dave would certainly be a good choice for one of the planets. I think Pepper fits in either set-up in something close to his current role.

Hell even if Ron decides to go "Charlie Rose" I'll be listening.

Exactly. Dave was best when he was brought in occasionally to give his opinion. Pepper has been great, because he's like a spice on Ron's monologues (Actually ,he reminds me somewhat of Fez at his best, though Fez's little asides I still thought was one of the best parts of the old show) . I think the both of them ,in small doses , would be a great help to the Ronnie B show, but neither of them has the heft of a Bennington. I wouldn't like a show that's nothing more than RBI , though. I'd miss The Line of the Day.

I just can't see the show lasting like this. Ron seems to really love radio and the show. He has an incredible passion for radio that I think most people who excel at their profession have. He seems to want to put on a quality product, and I think he's beginning to realize that can't happen with Fez involved. Fez is not coming back. Even listening to show now, Fez just seems detached and wrapped up in himself.

Right, maybe I'm wrong and it's all just one big work. Who knows? But it seemed real. Ron seems so fed-up and Fez is SO disengaged that if he's faking it he's the best actor ever. The way Fez responds isn't how you'd expect someone acting to respond. He literally doesn't respond.

I don't think it's all a work...but they have tended to give us a reason to stay involved during breaks, so maybe part of the motivation for bringing some of it out was to also serve that purpose...

I never thought ESD leaving was a work, but the "will he get a deal during the break and stay" was designed to keep us involved...I think the decision was made before the break...

To be more specific, piecing together the material that was discussed on the air:

During the previous winter break, Fez was at a bar with a group of his friends in Florida including their spouses and children. At the party, he got drunk and hit on the sons of the one of his friends. Fez got a little grabby and verbally suggestive with the kid. The son was slightly to dramatically younger than the age of consent in the state of Florida. The next day, Fez called his friend to apologize about the incident. The friend graciously accepted his apology and, according to Fez, didn't seem to think it was a big deal (for what that's worth). Fez was completely ashamed by this incident.


While this story was not discussed in great detail at any one time on the air, Ron leaked references to the incident during the episodes in January and February of this year.

I hope Ron and Fez works their things out. If the show, as we know it, breaks up. I hope to see Ron and Pepper happy, Fez getting the help he needs and craves, and Earl Douglas & Mooch returning to the show.

It's not like Ron can fire Fez pick a new cohost change the name of the show and continue. Surprised the people who are in charge of the channels haven't asked why the co host dosen't participate in the show. Maybe Ron is going to stick it out until the next contract renewal in a year and half then move on. Or maybe management talked to Ron and said we are going to dump you guys since Fez dosen't do anything.

This was an amazing show...I don't think Fez will change...but it was so great to hear ron saw what we all feel.
