2. Interupt yourself with a 'casual' aside about the aspect of the person you actually intend to conduct your interview about

3. Follow the tangent, 'accidentally' get off track, do the interview you really want to do, since most of these people are into themselves they wont push back as long as you're talking about their career, get back to the plug in the last 15 seconds of the interview.

My point is that we at the local level have the power and have to be the voice for those who feel they can't speak. Easy for me to say, I live in a bedroom community, not a large city. However, Hampton/Newport News schools a few years back were considered some of the worse in the state, now some of the better; they took control.
