I just terminated an employee who is about 200 lbs overweight, long time girlfriend broke up with her (yes, I said her), recently foreclosed on her house and is suffering from about 10 different inflictions that make it hard for her to even walk.
She started crying when I was telling her the news - not making a sound, just tears streaming down her face. I really feel like I need to inform someone about her (suicide watch).

Thank God I still have my job and things are going well - but my heart pours out for anyone that has to go through losing their income.

No, they were part of a department that was disbanded last year (and they didnt know, almost got fired then) but were subbed out to the executive group for administrative purposes. We had a few changes in the exe group and they didnt see the need for them anymore.

agreed about ESD....seems like that could happen since he came in when Fezzy was gone....he's been much more available to the show lately. hope we can get one day out of him.

p.s. good call on BYU.....they might still make it to the Sweet 16, but that kid that got suspended is gonna keep them from getting any further. You may want to look at the recent news for Duke and Purdue as well.
