Because the Republicans in the state senate just voted to take away the deer's collective bargaining powers and the deer are boycotting the state. Heard the might have to cancel deer hunting season next year.

Don't worry. The Governor of Hawaii assures us the deer are native born even though he can't produce, or even find, the birth certificates.
