BTW Corporations dont pay taxes they collect them

For the new Yorkers on here, amazon already collects taxes since most of their advertising is run through here and that counts as a physical presence in the state.

Actually is was the amazon marketplace vendors that created the "physical presence", but no matter. As for the it's too complicated BS...everyone knew this was coming and states have been working with software companies to minimize the impact. In 2011 to use "physical presence"as a standard is crap.
