Ronnie B was just a total meanie to Fez ... telling Fez to either co-host a radio show and not treat the show as a therapy session or leave the show to focus on his problems.

Will Fez allow himself to be bullied and take a leave of absence or will Fez continue to stick with his bit and prove to Ronnie that there are a ton of listeners who love his therapy act?

Fez isn't going anywhere until Ron or mgmt. Forces him to.

Management should have forced him 2 years ago.

Dave's replacement

I kid, I kid.

I like Fez I honestly do. No I don't think he'll take any time from the show.

No way. I bet he goes back to Four Winds during their next vacation and the status quo continues.

lol. Me too. I'm a huge fan. It's just sort of strange what is happening lately. Part of me thinks a leave might do him good.

I am two days behind so.... I'm not gonna vote just yet, BUT... can I assume that Ronnie laid into Fez like he did before Christmas?
At least... I think it was Xmas, right? When Ron really attempted to toughlove Fez back into the show, and Fez promised to get back in the game, but then nothing changed.

I want to say it was less uncomfortable to listen to but somehow worse as far as there will be a consequence this time. It's hard to explain. You really have to listen to it.

I remember him doing the tough love talk the day before the Christmas holiday and I do not remember Fez making any promises. But he promised to try.

It was the first time that Ron actually breached the subject of breaking up the partnership.

It wasn't the first time Ron has mentioned it on air as a possibility but it seemed like the first time that he has decided to do something about it.

How is that mean? An ultimatum is precisely what Fez needs. Enough is enough. There's nothing wrong with accepting that Fez will never be the same. He can't do his job anymore. He doesn't have the passion to maintain.

The day before Christmas, it sounded like Ron was trying to put a charge up Fez's ass.
Today, Ron sounded resigned to the fact that it isn't going to happen.

You are all rubes. This is a bit. If you don't like the Fez character, go listen to something else. Fez is as unlikely to leave as he is to reveal the secret. it's pro wrestling

I love how Fez is the ultimate heel for hayseed callers. Do you really think he believes we should ship deer to Montana. He is being a nut for your entertainment

I hope you are not right, if this is what a bit has become it is painful to hear day and day out.
Crying and not talking is a long way to get to a pay off on a bit and it dosn't sound like Ron is enjoying the bit anymore.
But us hayseed customers will just have sit and wait to see what happends.:surrender:

Shoot, work... either way he sucks all the joy out of the show.

What's the bit take a show that was once both fun and funny where both hosts participated in the conversation and turn that into a show where one host barely speaks and the other host crawls to the finish line each day since nobody else will help him?

Jyust like Casey and Dave getting married was a bit too right? Are they having a contest on who can keep the bit going longer??? Never seen bits last over 2 years.

Interesting thing I've noticed:

Fez took his grandmother dying - a woman who lived to be almost 100 and seemingly had a full life, and was suffering at the end (i.e. it was her time) much, much harder than his father dying.

I don't think it's fair to judge how people take the death of a loved one.

How is observing something a judgment? If I said "SEE! THIS PROVES ABOUT FEZ'S MENTAL ILLNESS ABOUT IT ALL BEING ABOUT HIMSELF!" then I could see your point, but I just made an observation.
