But I've said it before, someone needs to get a collection going for him. Dave never would've been able to just casually mention that his electricity was cut off, they would've had a telethon. I just received a call from another reliable source that claims Chris Stanley aka Pepper Hicks lost a lot of money recently when he tried to be a drug mule for the Mexican cartel Bien Mi Hombre during his recent trip to Austin. Appearantly, Chris ingested several balloons of black tar heroin BUT binged on beer and chicken wings and shit it out in the toilet of some dive bar and accidently flushed.
