If you didn't have it explained to you before hand you'd never suspect it was an organ meat. The craving was set off by reading about a guy who does them wrapped in chicken skin, which is probably amazing.

There is an episode of The Cosby Show build around the same misconception, where Cliff takes Rudy and her friends to a fancy restaurant for some reason (Rudy episodes always sucked anyway) and the fat little white kid wanted to order sweatbreads.
