After watching the show Haven and a couple of others that air on networks I never watch I was wondering are there any sites that you can type in the shows you watch and they keep track of what new eps air and when? I want something that tells me the date, channel and what shows are new that night without searching, something that I create my list of all the shows I watch and it keeps track them all for me and maybe emails me when they are airing. Shows like Haven, the Glades etc are only air 13 eps or so a year and the gap between the new season and the previous seasons last eps can be 9 or 10 months. By they time the new eps airs you forgot all about a show especially shows that are on channels like syfy that I never watch so I never see coming attractions when they are coming back!

I thought tv guide might do something like that but it didnt seem like it.

That would be a good idea for a website.

Are you a fan of TV Shows? Do you sometimes feel lost because you don't know which was the last episode you've seen for a given TV Show? How about if you're following 10 shows at once?

MyTVShows is here to help you organize your episodes and keep track of what you've seen and what you have left to see. Also, we keep you updated about new episodes for the TV Shows you're following, so that you won't miss them.

TheFutonCritic.com (http://www.thefutoncritic.com/) is another good site for information about shows.

I just program my DVR to record new episodes, no reason to check online. When shows like Louie and Breaking Bad resume this summer, I won't have to do anything since my DVR will automatically grab them.

I have relied on my dvr for so long but there are too many problems with that. I have some shows that all air at the same time. My dvr will only record 2 so the 3rd gets lost. So what I do is I look at the eps that are on usa or tnt and reschedule them for their 2nd airing. The other problem is for some reason fios dvr seems to miss new eps or shows sometimes. Likle sometimes it will have an eps as new when its not or sometimes its the opposite. Another problem I noticed is these shows that air 9-10 months apart seem to be forgotten about in the que. There have been many times when a new season of something I watch gets passed by. For example sunny in phila last season was still in my series to record but it wasnt scheduling them. I remembered it was on and thought I deleted the series manager so I re did it. Then going through my series manager to get rid of shows that were cancelled I noticed I had 2 of the same shows multiple times. I dont know how a show could be in the que but forget to record but the 2 que then worked?

I will look into these site a couple of you mentioned! Thanks!

This site seems to be perfect. It would be great if this site and IMDB merged into a 1 stop site for all. But this seems to be as close to what I wanted as possible! Thanks!

Zap2it can look ahead a few days, and tells you whether a show is new when it runs, as well as give you a 1 sentence rundown of the show
