Ron always has had a, to me, somewhat pro drunk driver stance. So he's consistent there. I am one of those zero tolerance drunk driving guy's so I find it hard to be sympathetic to anyone who tells a drunk driving story.

I disagree with calling Leyritz a journeyman. He spent his first seven years with the Yankees and then was traded each of his final three or so seasons. yeah, he ended up on a few teams, but from 26 to like 32 he was on one team, including the start of one of the top 5 baseball dynasties.

Just read the news.....they're moved to jan 2 cause the 1st is a sunday. NFL muscled in so they could have their sunday games. its not like there aren't going to be any bowl games period.....take an extra day off for the new year.

Again, totally different. Football is much bigger than this country, and if teams are consolidated into just 32 teams the talent will be concentrated. Also, the growing process is much different in football than it is in baseball. There wouldn't need to be 4 or 5 different levels like baseball has.
