i don't know if they actually went in depth with this so i don't know what the real reason behind fez getting a lawyer. They've brought it up on O&A and quickly changed the subject. Seriously Fez, is this really necessary. It's fucking roland, he's not a threat to you.
Why doesn't fez just rip him a new asshole or bust his balls back? Why is there a need for a legal action because his feelings got hurt? This is just further alienating fez from the rest of the guys and society, i'm suprised ronnie didn't seem too annoyed about it so maybe i'm missing something. Anyone know what the deal is?

There is no way in hell that Fez actually contacted a lawyer. No way.
IF he DID contact a lawyer to deal with the Roland "issue"... it would be the single most proactive thing Fez has ever done in his entire life.
There is no way that he contacted anybody about anything anywhere at anytime. Fez would not and could not do that. ESPECIALLY with regards to an intern who could be so easily dismissed... reassigned... fired... replaced... avoided.....

Roland is not an intern.

Throw in guns and money and I see a Warren Zevon song here.

Based on Opie's accounts, Roland is a physical specimen that no one will fuck with on the street, cuz he's crayayzy!!! A vastly dangerous man, highly trained and tuned in the ways of violence and intimidation:

Intern or not, there's still no way in God's hot hell that Fez did something proactive like calling a stranger and interacting with him.

I can't stand the guy on the radio it's impossible to understand what he is saying, because his voice is extremely high pitched and he does a whisper/mumble combo when he talks.

If Fez called a lawyer, I wouldn't call it proactive. It's actually more passive aggressive than anything. That is how Fez handles things.

...and the cesspool of conjecture continues.

Proactive in the sense that, he found the motivation ... and took the initiative to (attempt to) change his own situation for the better.

It's a bit. He said he called Dominic Barbara, Ants ex's lawyer. It was pointed out next day on ona Barbara was disbarred. More than likely he used first lawyer came to his head.

On the list of Fez's problems I'm sure Roland is near the bottom
