Jersey City water is actually pretty highly rated as well. All the tap water in jersey city is fed through natural springs located throughout the city. There are four I believe that are protected natural resivoirs that have its own wildlife as well.

As a kid, I got used to well water and spring water. Even better than that, though, has been water pumped from national park springs and streams while in the back country. No marketing imagery will ever compete with drawing water from a melt-borne stream up in the mountains, through a Hiker filter, and downing that iced cold refreshment.
