This is a classic story from Journal Communications, the ownership group of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. They absolutely love to scare the shit out of the white suburbs of Milwaukee.

To get some context on Milwaukee & its suburbs...its the most segregated city in America. No really, it is (http://www.salon.com/news/politics/war_room/2011/03/29/most_segregated_cities).

This stuff happened in Milwaukee before Scott Walker was governor....as he was the Milwaukee County Executive. In fact that is a large part of the problem with Milwaukee County as he gutted the transportation system, the education system, the park system and the safety net for lower income families. The rest of our state is now figuring this out this is how he operates.

So these teenagers, who are bored as fuck and have no resources are pissed off. This has happened a few times, and everytime its turned out have nothing to do with race. However, as the trend would tell us, the first report by local media (led by Journal Communications) tells us that is has everything to do with race as they sell to the suburbs and the racial divide.

Its so fucking annoying...

The cause of the incident is because these kids are like packs of fucking animals. I dont care if their transportation, parks or whatever other systems were gutted, that doesnt excuse them attacking innocent people. And lets be realistic, when theres a group of black people attacking others, I dont care if its 5 or 50, they arent attacking other blacks.

This is the same bullshit as the flash mob problems we were having in Philly. Groups of blacks meeting together in a public place (Either South St. or The Gallery on Market St.) and just walking up the street randomly attacking white people. For no reason. Punching them in the face, breaking store windows, walking on peoples cars, etc. Theres no excuse for that kind of bullshit.

What they need when they try shit like this is another Bernie Goetz. Thatll put an end to it real quick.
