What did the reported, 'Dark-Skinned' man who was first shot by police do wrong?

That's what I have trouble digging up. He was apparently shot by police under odd circumstances but I can't seem to find what those circumstances are/were. It stands to reason that is the case because the man is often referred to as, 'Dark-Skinned' and not 'Black.' Maybe that's how the pussy media in England works, much like our pussy media. And the, 'hooded youth...' What of them? Are they also largely, 'Dark Skinned?'

The protests were peaceful but weren't really getting much in the way of media attention. You marginalize a people long enough and they're bound to take steps to make sure they're heard. Chickens are coming home to roost for all the terrible fucking policies the Tories and others have enacted in the UK. At least the Brits are ambulatory enough to riot without the use of scooters.
