Las Vegas Star Trek Convention or any other cons

I went to 2 days of the Star Trek convention in Las Vegas recently and had a good time meeting up with some peeps from my Star Trek group. I took alot of pics, play bowling with some of them in their Trek gear and just hung out. I'm looking forward to going again next year for all 4 days. I might get Trekked out next year.

Anyone ever been or have attended any other conventions like such? I went to MegaCon earlier in the year.

Ronfez.net will always be the first group that I've met from the internet be it be poker or softball or whatever, meeting up with good peeps.

I've never been to a convention or any kind of comic con.

But I wouldn't rule it out.

I did go to that Star Trek Experience in Vegas a few years ago. I was there for work and one free afternoon I took the monorail over to the casino it was in. I went on both rides and then went to the bar, where it was just me and a Klingon. I had Romulan Ale and he called me a puny human and growled that I was in his seat.

It was awesome.
