Using my half-ass powers of deduction I would say that the kitchen looks like a neat, whitebread suburban kitchen and the kid is a well groomed, aryan featured little chubbo. To continue my wild generalizations and assumption; they might even be regular Churchy Churchitons. Now, I can't say for sure, but it is my belief that the parents don't even have a clue and just think it's cute that junior likes to sing and dance this way and put the video on Youtube to show their family just how talented their little angel is.

You might disagree with me, but I tell you that this kid (or a very reasonable facsimile thereof) lives exactly two houses down from me and his parents are completely oblivious to that fact that the kid is as queer as a three dollar bill (not that there's anything wrong with that).
