The complaint was filed by (Muslim? Or just a left wing dhimmi?) John Banzhaf, an attorney and professor at George Washington University Law School. Banzhaf has been involved in previous litigation against the school involving the same-sex residence halls. If its a private catholic school then they have no case and are retarded.

I went to one and just did not do any of the things the other students did, like every morning doing the our fathers and hail mary's.

This was my college so let me sum it up for you. It's THE Catholic University of America. It was established by the Vatican. It stands to reason there will be Catholic/Christian symbols in abundance.

All denominations are welcomed at the school (stand by the smoking area outside the Engineering Department and you'll see what I mean). However, since it's THE Catholic University of America, certain things will not be officially recognized by the school if they conflict with Church teachings: pro-choice groups and gay and lesbian groups for example. They're not discriminated against but the school cannot formally support such things.

This would be like me suing Yeshiva University for not having Christian facilities.

We should have a class action suit over this. Why did they change their fries? They used to have fires close not the same but at least close to McDonalds. Now they are coated with some nastiness and taste like shit. When I go to BK I get the onion rings (they used to be better too)
