the first time I fried a turkey I had way to much oil and when ever I lowered the turkey into that oil and it started to spill over and the oil fire engulfed the entire frier my asshole shut tight and I screamed like a girl....holly shit!!!!!!!!!!!
I was able to shut down the flame and place the half soaked turkey on my deck to ask my wife for some pots and pans to empty some oil out.
so be careful and do your home work before buring your house down.:wacko:

The whole thing didn't make a lot of sense. They had us walk to the meeting site which was a few blocks away in a new building we were taking over. Then they split the big group into two groups and they tell us 'you'll be laid off in the next few months, the other group is getting laid off this week.'

I guess having 3 moving parts seemed undoable to them, or since we all sat in the same area keeping our proportionally much smaller team back wondering what was going on with everyone else. I know they weren't about to tell anyone too far in advance and get the whispering started. At the same time we're such a small group they didn't justify telling everyone right then that we were exempt.
