Hangin' in, I s'pose. My current warmed iron is with a gubment contractor who supports DHS. I'm muy experienced, and we've gone through a couple interview rounds. A Fed, who would not be my direct super. b/c I'd be with a contractor, sent a related book home with the former employee who initially referred me. It's a promising move, but after many very positive interviews that had no pay-off, I'm cautiously cautiolistic. I know there's some internal candidates, too, so I leaned heavily on the value of fresh eyes and analyses.
