It absolutely is, but this ad is still more hilariously racist. I think if the dealership ad just had some guy spouting off lines from an Italian restaurant menu trying to pass it off as conversation it'd be more racist than this ad, but not by much.

This is literally taking a boogeyman -- Vietnam, combining it with another boogeyman, China, to create the ultimate thing for white conservatives to rally around and fear.
