I think he's faking it though. I think he was probably happier after recovering from the surgery, and he found his new jovial outlook was detested by his ugly wife and he figured out a way to get out.

he's going to laugh in her face until she divorces him hahahaha. This man is a genius and should be celebrated as such!!!!
