I'm surprised the station put him back on the air, especially since DUI nowadays is presented like the third worst crime you can commit, only after murder and anything that has to do with sex.

I'm of two minds:

1) If he didn't hurt anyone, and he's not drinking on the job, clearly he's had a relapse that he needs treatment for. He shouldn't lose his job over this.

on the other hand...

2) It's Sid. How many second chances does a guy get?

This is intriguing. If it was just some joe blow who got the DUI, I probably wouldn't give a handbasket, but because this guy is apparently some sort of celebrity, I am very interested.

I remember. He still does fill in spots on WFAN. He also did the sports updates with Imus. Sounds like he had a relapse which is unfortunate.
