I'm too lazy to work a blender in the morning, but I drink Bolthouse Farms parfait smoothies. It's strawberry, granola and yogurt blended and it has soy and whey protein. And a kashi go lean bar, usually keeps me good.

As I've gotten older I've noticed needing breakfast more. I used to never eat it and be fine, not I'm starving at lunch and when I get home if I dont eat it.

That and now every time I get hurt, it hurts something else. Like I tweaked my neck so now I have headaches. I hurt my lower back and it was making my balls ache.

The immersion blender came with a mixing jar, then I move it to one of those Aladdin cups with the screw tops. Frozen berries. I arrange it in the morning and then let it defrost for like 40 minutes before blending. You can make it the night before and let I defrost in the fridge, but I'm generally too lazy to prep hat far ahead of time.

I saw it in Japan in French with Japanese subtitles. HATED IT. The French narrator did stupid voices like Dudley Moore in "The Adventures of Milo and Otis" (Fun Fact: I visited some of the places they filmed the movie.)
Was told the American version was outstanding because Morgan Freeman made the movie much warmer and more interesting. Still boring as hell.
