the town I grew up in had a full on porn drive in theater, the best part is that it was owned by and connected to the local skating rink, we were constantly trying to sneak out and catch a view of something over the big fence, they did a pretty good job of keeping where we belonged. I think that's one of the reasons why adults need to initiate stuff. If a kid says "I'm being bullied" the bullies call him a snitch. If an adult says "I see what you're doing and I disapprove of it." and then that kid is met with a universal front you can be more effective. It only takes one crack for a kid to rationalize to himself that what he's doing is ok, I'll bet there are plenty of kids saying to themselves what I'm doing isn't bad because I dont get in trouble for it.
