I heard about this new show, but I didn't realize how involved it was going to be with an online platform as well. It looks good. Possibly great. It looks to be a very involved experience, whereas you watch the show, then I'd guess sometime before the next episode, play the game.

It might not be that simple, nor totally involved, but it will definitely be watched closely. If it works, it could change TV with other shows following in its format.

Syfy needs a decent science fiction serialized show, one on par with Battlestar Galactica. Right now, Alphas and Haven are their best shows. Along with Warehouse 13, which is more silly and funny than a serious drama. But none have the scope of a BSG type series.

Not sure about the online gaming aspect though. That's a real commitment to get involved. I trust that just watching the show and not knowing about the happenings of the game will still be acceptable to watch without confusion.
