Things are getting a bit out of hand around here with a few members, and I just want to remind everybody that personal attacks or threats WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. NO ANDS, IFS, OR BUTS.

Like it or not, this IS a privately run message board, and the owners of the board have the right to run it the way they see fit, just as the owner of a company can manage his or her business in the way they deem appropriate. I sincerely doubt if any of you owned or managed your own business that you would tolerate your employees bickering and threatening each other all the time. Chances are, you'd fire one or all of them.

It's the same thing here; the owners of this board have told us they want a warm, friendly environment here, and have appointed moderators to enforce those rules. Please don't make me have to enforce them, especially on people I like to consider my friends.

Well, i dont know why perry was banned in the first place and im not questioning the mods decisions but i didnt see him do anything to be banned again. What i do know is that there are people who are taking things here differently and go start talking which only causes problems. This is an open forum. It's easy to say "X is an ass!" and start fighting, but instead, why not make a clear and concise criticism, rather than a sweeping generalization. No one gets banned for having an opinion, but why not share the opinion with us, so that we see why you think the person is an ass.

If it goes over on the show, it should be allowed on the board.
And yes, if it goes over the air, it's pretty much open to discussion here, there are occassional exceptions, like coming here and personally attacking someone because of something they said or did on the show. Again, constructive criticism is ok, personal attacks aren't.

Just because you didn't see it doesn't mean it didn't happen. Our decisions are final, but we are human. If you don't like something we did, talk to us. We are open to discussion and we may turn around and change our minds once you explain your point of view to us. Our email addresses are on top of the forums that our names are listed under. Most (if not all) of us have our AIM names listed in our profiles. We're here if you have any problems or questions about the board, but you can also contact us to say hi. We're very friendly and the worst we'll do is say we're busy and can't talk at that moment. It happens when you're international superstars like us.

there should be no reason that any post should be edited or locked, especially if its posted in "off-topics."this happens to be a "private" board, but this is america and there happens to be a bill of rights. it was decided, in court, that censorism is not allowed in public or private forums (except in extreme circumstances). but, of course, this isn't about the law or whatnot as it shouldn't be. this is about people and letting people speak as they should.

the right to speak, in my opinion, is being breached at ronfez.net. that is why i don't post here anymore. and that is why i think that the web site's best days are far behind it.

Zathrus - If you see a thread with a key next to it, it has been locked. You will be able to view it, but not post on it. This is done if it is something we think other members should be able to see to learn why certain topics are deleted. If they are totally offensive, they are deleted.
