But anyway I think it's really coy the way Ron is considering real violence against theatrical violence. Theatrical violence has existed for literally thousands of years, there's no reason to suggest that enjoying theatrical violence would make you more permissive of actual violence. Desensitized maybe but Ron is suggesting that people shouldn't be horrified at this story.

Business wise it's smart, here's a place with lots of tourists who dont want to get tied up in a 2+ hour meal, who have kids and old people with them that are extremely picky eaters, or who are looking for a 'safe' place to grab a bite instead of spending brainpower on which of these places I've never heard of are decent?

Also, I know there is a degree of international tourists that love American food chains.
